Released late last year on Albin Julius' Hau Ruck label was the particularly fine Le Feu Sacre by Dernière Volonté. Beautiful haunting melodies, crushing rhythms and clever use of samples. Foregoing the bombast for restrained compositions this is great stuff that will have immediate appeal to lovers of Der Blutharsch, Les Joyaux De La Princesse and their ilk.
